CSV Template

To upload wallet IDs, please use our provided CSV template. If your organization’s security policies restrict downloading external files, you may create your own CSV file that follows our format requirements.

CSV Specifications:

Wallet Address
Reason (required column, but entering text is optional but entering it will help the reader)

Please ensure your CSV contains both columns. The maximum file size for upload is 5MB.
Need assistance? If you experience any issues or require help with formatting, you can either:

Email us your file as an attachment or send us your wallet IDs directly in the email.

Our team will be happy to handle the upload process for you.

Be sure to Import your data into Google Sheets, then export it as a CSV file before uploading it into our system.
