4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We are committed to transparency regarding how we handle your data. Verifi Wallet does not sell your personal information. However, we may monetize non-personally identifiable data through aggregated and anonymized API services under strict controls.

4.1 Data Monetization via API

We may provide anonymized and aggregated data to third parties through secure API access. Examples of monetizable data include:

  • Aggregated tagging data submitted by users or investigators
  • Public blockchain metadata linked to high-risk behavior

We never share personal user information or account registration details through APIs. This includes your full name, email address, role, or agency affiliation. Investigator and law enforcement contact information is always hidden from API users and non-law enforcement users.

We implement both technical and contractual safeguards to prohibit re-identification of anonymized data. API partners are strictly prohibited from attempting to link shared data back to an individual user, agency, or report. All data access is controlled and monitored to ensure lawful and approved use.

We do not share law enforcement or investigator contact information with third parties. Information submitted by verified law enforcement personnel is used exclusively for internal coordination, risk assessment, and agency-to-agency communication within the platform.

  • Continuous monitoring for unauthorized access

We maintain an incident response plan. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as promptly as possible, consistent with legal requirements and any law enforcement investigations.
